FREE Shipping:
Cookie-Wear.com offers FREE shipping on U.S. orders, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions unlike many other websites that have rules and lots of fine print.
Cookie Wear understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, just because shipping is free doesn’t mean it should take a long time, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
- FREE Shipping covers the cost of Standard Ground delivery only.
Alternative shipping options are available at additional costs in the U.S. only.
- FREE Shipping is not available for Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.

- You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address.
FREE Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just contact us at info@cookie-wear.com to obtain your authorization code and the return label.
- You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
- Products MUST be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging with TAGS.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE on all domestic orders.
- You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS, FEDEX or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to our warehouse.
- Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- Final sale and/or clearance items are not eligible for return or credit.
- Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO orders are not eligible for FREE return.

Next Day shipping: Orders placed Monday-Friday, will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship. Your order will arrive in the next business day, from the date your order was shipped.
Two Days shipping: Orders placed Monday-Friday, will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship. Your order will arrive in the next two business days, from the date your order was shipped.

- Our Fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major holidays. Orders placed on major holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Taxes:
Sales tax is automatically applied to your Cookie Wear order if your shipping address is in California.
Title, Duties, Customs, VAT:
International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value added taxes. If you are shipping you order outside of the continental United States, as a condition of sale, you acknowledge and agree that title to your order transfers to you after exportation from the United States and immediately prior to importation of such order at the border of the ship to location and assume all risk and responsibility for the import clearance, duties, and delivery to final destination. These charges must be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.
